Loading Areas. All loading areas shall be screened, as may be required by the Architectural Review Committee under the Park Development Standards. Streetside loading will be allowed only if the loading area is at least seventy (70) feet from the street right-of-way or one hundred (100) feet from the street center line, whichever is greater, and screened as required in accordance with the Park Development Standards. Loading and service areas shall be designed as an integral part of the building architecture.

Loading Areas. All vehicle loading and unloading in connection with an Owner's business shall be conducted upon his Site, and sufficient space shall be provided therefore. Loading Areas shall be screened from view from streets and adjoining properties by a visual barrier not less than six (6) feet in height. Except with the prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee, loading areas shall not be located between any building and any street or any closer than seventy-five (75) feet to the right-of-way line of any street.

Loading Areas. A. Loading or unloading areas shall be paved with asphalt, concrete or such other year- round surface material, shall be located at the rear or side of the building, and shall not face a roadway without permission granted in writing by Declarant.
Loading Areas. All truck loading areas or docks shall be screened from City streets or Terminal Loop Road by a building or masonry wall not less than six feet in height. All loading docks shall be designed so that they can be secured.
