Loading Areas. All loading areas shall be screened, as may be required by the Architectural Review Committee under the Park Development Standards. Streetside loading will be allowed only if the loading area is at least seventy (70) feet from the street right-of-way or one hundred (100) feet from the street center line, whichever is greater, and screened as required in accordance with the Park Development Standards. Loading and service areas shall be designed as an integral part of the building architecture.
Loading Areas. All vehicle loading and unloading in connection with an Owner's business shall be conducted upon his Site, and sufficient space shall be provided therefore. Loading Areas shall be screened from view from streets and adjoining properties by a visual barrier not less than six (6) feet in height. Except with the prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee, loading areas shall not be located between any building and any street or any closer than seventy-five (75) feet to the right-of-way line of any street.
Loading Areas. Loading areas shall be allowed anywhere except where they encroach into stalls or driveways.
Loading Areas. “Loading Areas” means A designated area of any float, suitably posted and marked, to be used only by the general public, without charge, for the purpose only of loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and stores. Use of the loading zones is limited to two (2) hours in any 24 hour period.
Loading Areas. No materials, supplies, merchandise or ------------- equipment shall be stored in any area on a Site except inside of a closed building, or behind a visual barrier screening such areas so that they are not unsightly from the neighboring properties or public streets. Loading doors and docks shall not be constructed facing any public street or highway without the Committee's express prior written approval.
Loading Areas. The Landlord may designate specific portions of the Lands for loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles and the Tenant covenants to comply with such designation, and not to use or permit the use of any other parts of the Lands, except as so specifically designated, for the purpose of loading or unloading.

No materials, supplies, equipment or trash containers shall be stored on a Site except inside a Building, or behind a visual barrier not less than six (6) feet in height or rising two (2) feet above the stored materials, supplies or equipment, whichever is higher, screening such storage areas from view from streets and adjoining Sites. Except with the prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee, storage areas shall not be located between any Building and any street.
Loading Areas. A. Loading or unloading areas shall be paved with asphalt, concrete or such other year- round surface material, shall be located at the rear or side of the building, and shall not face a roadway without permission granted in writing by Declarant.
Loading Areas. All truck loading areas or docks shall be screened from City streets or Terminal Loop Road by a building or masonry wall not less than six feet in height. All loading docks shall be designed so that they can be secured. Such screening walls shall be planted with vines not less than ten feet on center unless otherwise approved by the Community Development Director.
Loading Areas. Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use the loading areas in the Parking Garage designated on Exhibit A-3 attached hereto as loading area 1 and loading area 2. Tenant shall coordinate all deliveries to the Premises using the foregoing loading areas. As of the date hereof, Landlord anticipates that the Hotel shall be entitled to the exclusive use of loading area 5. Tenant is not entitled to utilize any of the loading areas that are exclusively reserved for the Hotel. Landlord shall not grant exclusive use of any loading areas, other than the two (2) loading areas designated for Tenant’s exclusive use as set forth herein and one (1) loading area designated for the Hotel’s exclusive use.
