Notifications. The Subrecipient will send to each labor union or representative of workers with which it has a collective bargaining agreement or other contract or understanding, a notice, to be provided by the agency contracting officer, advising the labor union or worker’s representative of the Subrecipient’s commitments hereunder, and shall post copies of the notice in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment.

Notifications. The Department's liaison and Contractor's liaison may be changed by written notice to the other party. Written notices, requests, or complaints must first be directed to the liaison. Notice may be provided by personal service, mail, or facsimile. If notice is provided by personal service or facsimile, the notice is effective upon receipt; if notice is provided by mail, the notice is effective within three business days of mailing. A signed and dated acknowledgement of the notice is required of both parties.
Notifications. If requested by Customer LightEdge will notify Customer within fifteen (15) minutes of a Service outage via e-mail (to pager) notification Services. LightEdge will monitor connections to the IP address of the customer router. An outage is defined as any fifteen (15) consecutive minutes where the connection is unavailable. If an outage is determined, LightEdge will generate an e-mail notification to Customer. Customer is responsible for providing their own pager (s), a suitable e-mail-pager gateway, and up to two (2) corresponding e-mail addresses.

If the Participant is a citizen or resident of a country other than the one in which the Participant is currently residing and/or working (or if the Participant is considered as such for local law purposes) or if the Participant moves to another country after receiving the grant of the RSUs, the information contained herein may not be applicable to the Participant in the same manner. Finally, if the Grantee transfers employment after the Grant Date, or is considered a resident of another country for local law purposes following the Grant Date, the notifications contained herein may not be applicable to the Grantee, and the Administrator shall, in its discretion, determine to what extent the terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable to the Grantee.
