Chromebook Insurance. Each individual device may be insured for the school year. Insurance covers any accidental damage, parts failure, fire, flood or natural disaster to the device and case as well as lost/stolen device protection with a deductible & filed police report (within 10 days of the incident). Note: Accessories such as chargers, styluses, cases, etc are NOT covered by insurance. Cost of Insurance: $35 per device (No Family Max). Chromebook Insurance.  Muncie Community Schools’ families have the option to purchase insurance through the school as part of the Chromebook 1:1 program. All families are encouraged to participate in the insurance option but are not required. Families who do not purchase insurance are responsible for the full replacement cost of the Chromebook.
Chromebook Insurance. I acknowledge that the premium is covered by the school district, however, if damaged, lost or stolen the student/family is responsible for the cost of the insurance deductible. $25.00 for the first claim, $50.00 for the second claim, $75.00 for the third claim, $100.00 for the fourth claim, $150.00 for the fifth claim and $200.00 for the sixth claim. I acknowledge that while my student is a student of the Port Clinton City School District the Chromebook is property of the school district. Should my child leave the school district prior to graduation, the Chromebook is to be returned. Should the Chromebook not be returned it will be classified as stolen property and local law enforcement will become involved. Chromebook Insurance. Insurance for a Chromebook may be purchased annually for $25 per school year and covers manufacturers defects, parts, labor and shipping costs for repairs. The insurance does not cover for the loss of the Chromebook and/or its charger, cosmetic damage, or damages caused by intention misuse and abuse. Tampering with and/or taking apart the unit will void all insurance coverage. The Toronto City SChool District will assess the Chromebook damage and repair or replace if the damage is determined to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Chromebook Insurance. Grades 2-12 $25.00 Annual Fee This premium is on a voluntary basis and will cover the repairs to a school issued Chromebook. This insurance fee will cover costs of repairs that are the result of accidental damage. Neglect or intentional damage will not be covered and will be assessed to the student/family for repairs. Theft of the computer will require a police report be filed and a copy of that report be turned in to the school. If a student/family decides not to pay the insurance premium the student will be responsible for total cost of repairs or replacement.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.

  • Builder’s Risk Insurance Contractor shall provide a Builder’s Risk Policy to be made payable to the Owner and Contractor, as their interests may appear. The policy amount should be equal to 100% of the Contract Sum, written on a Builder’s Risk “All Risk”, or its equivalent. The policy shall be endorsed as follows: The following may occur without diminishing, changing, altering or otherwise affecting the coverage and protection afforded the insured under this policy:

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: For Contract Amounts Less For Contract Amounts Equal to or Than $5,000,000.00: Greater than $5,000,000: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.
