Intentional Damage. If the Device is damaged intentionally, as determined by the District, you will be responsible for either the reasonable cost of repair or the current replacement cost of the Device or a comparable device, at the District’s discretion. Stolen Devices must be reported to the local police and a copy of the police report provided to the Campus Administrator within seven (7) days after the occurrence. If a lost or stolen Device is not reported to the Campus Administrator within the 5 business days, the cost of the Device will be the responsibility of the parent.
