Umbrella Insurance Sample Clauses

Umbrella Insurance. CONSULTANT shall obtain and maintain at all times during the prosecution of the work under this Contract umbrella insurance. Limits of liability shall be $2,000,000.00.
Umbrella Insurance. The Contractor shall maintain an umbrella policy providing excess limits over the primary policies described herein, in an amount not less than 3 million dollars ($3,000,000.00).
Umbrella Insurance. Excess or Umbrella liability insurance coverage limits of not less than $5,000,000 over and above the underlying primary coverage limits stated above with respect to bodily injury to or death of any number of persons in any one accident or occurrence. The policy shall be endorsed to name the Authority Parties as additional insureds, non-contributory basis.

Umbrella Insurance. Umbrella excess liability insurance, in addition to and in excess of the commercial general liability, business auto liability and employer’s liability insurance described above, which insures against claims for bodily injury, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage and having limits of not less than (i) $1,000,000 per occurrence, and (ii) $1,000,000 for the annual aggregate.
