Change in Starting Time. Where the starting time of an area is changed, the regular driver, may elect to remain on the area. If the change is from an earlier start time to a later start time and driver elects not to go with the area, he or she may nevertheless claim the area back if it is changed to the original starting time within the thirty (30) working day period. Where a driver’s area is changed from a later start time to an earlier start time, a more senior driver may displace the driver being changed. The area that becomes available as a result of this displacement shall be bid. Additional moves, if any, will be assigned by the Employer. There shall be a ten (10) day probationary period of the driver on the new area.

Change in Starting Time. Deferred start time When an employee is advised, two or more hours before the start of a rostered shift, that the starting time has been altered to a later hour, the employee will be paid one additional hour's pay at ordinary time plus any penalties (other than overtime). If advised in less than two hours before the start of the shift , the employee will be paid two additional hours pay at ordinary time plus any penalties (other than overtime) Those employees covered by a spread of hours provision will be paid the appropriate overtime penalty rates for any altered hours outside of the 0600 to 1800 hours spread. Starting time brought forward The Company will provide employees with at least 24 hours notice in the event the starting time of the employee‟s next ordinary hours shift is brought forward to an earlier hour, without attracting overtime penalties. Where notice has been given after the completion of the previous shift and the notice is within 24 hours of the new shift starting time, the following payment will apply: all time worked outside of the previous rostered hours will be paid at overtime rates; employees will be paid ordinary rates for all previously rostered hours not worked in the changed shift but these hours will not be counted for the calculation of overtime; all time worked within the hours of the previously rostered shift will be treated as ordinary time to be paid at the rate applicable to the day. Change in Starting Time. A. Regular assignments shall have a fixed starting time which time shall be the same each working day, other than relief positions which will take the starting time of the positions relieving, and such starting times will be shown in the bulletin covering such positions.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Starting Times Each site principal with input from the leadership team shall determine the starting times for staff members within legal requirements and exactly equal to the work day as set forth in Article 8.1.

  • Starting Date Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Beginning Date Both parties agree that negotiations for a new contract shall commence no later than 30 days after ratification of the current collective bargaining agreement in a good faith effort to reach a contract. The Association agrees to give the Board notice of intent to negotiate a contract a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract in force at the time and also notify Public Employees Relations Commission in writing of this intent.

  • Required Beginning Date The Participant’s entire interest will be distributed, or begin to be distributed, to the Participant no later than the Participant’s required beginning date.

  • Starting Salary All bargaining-unit positions will be hired at a starting salary commensurate with their experience. It is expected that those salaries will typically be within 20% of employees within that unit at a similar rank and/or experience level. In exceptional cases, bargaining-unit positions may be hired at a salary above that range contingent on extraordinary experience and extramural funding.
