Third Shift. The third-shift shall consist of seven (7) consecutive hours of employment, except for lunch period at mid-shift, and shall be paid for at eight (8) hours at the straight time hourly wage rate.
Third Shift. An employee assigned to work on a shift beginning between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 1:00 A.M. will be considered to be on third (3rd) shift. The pay rate for an employee assigned third (3rd) shift will be his/her base hourly rate of pay plus fifteen (15%) percent. An employee who is regularly assigned to the third (3rd) shift will have all compensable time paid at the higher rate of pay.
Third Shift. The work of the third shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7 1/2) working hours within eight (8) consecutive hours between the time of not earlier than 10:00 p.m. nor later than 8:30 a.m., with a lunch period of thirty (30) minutes, provided therein, on the Company’s time. Pay shall be the regular day shift hourly rate, plus one dollar ($1.00) per hour.
Third Shift. Where the major portion of an employee's, other than bus drivers and custodians, shift occurs after twenty three hundred (2300) hours, the employee shall be paid a shift differential of six percent (6%) of their hourly rate per hour for the entire shift worked.
Third Shift. The third shift shall consist of six (6) hours provided that the employee shall be permitted thirty (30) minutes for meals. Pay for a full third shift period shall be a sum equal to seven (7) times the regular hourly rate as set forth in Article V plus fifteen percent (15%). This percentage is to be calculated using the gross taxable wage prior to any 401(A) deductions.
Third Shift. The third shift shall consist of seven (7) consecutive hours of employment, except for meal period at mid shift, and shall be paid for eight (8) hours at the straight time hourly wage rate plus fringe benefits. Multiple shift (a two or three shift) operation will not be construed on the entire project if at any time it is deemed advisable and necessary for the Employer to multiple shift a specific operation. Those groups of employees only who relieve first shift groups of employees and such first shift groups of employees who are relieved by groups of employees on a second shift, and on a three shift operation those groups of employees who relieve the groups of employees on a second shift, shall be construed as working multiple shifts. The intent of this clause shall be construed so as to recognize that a “reliever group” and a “relief group” do not necessarily mean “person for person” relief.
Third Shift. The third shift shall be of eight (8) hours continuous employment, except for the lunch period and shall be paid at eight (8) hours at the straight time hourly wage rate, plus two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour. The third shift shall follow the second shift Tuesday through Saturday morning. Pay day for third shift will be by the end of the shift on Friday morning.
Third Shift. Employees who work the third shift (majority of hours worked between 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.) shall receive additional compensation of twenty-five (25) cents per hour.
Third Shift. A third shift may be added within the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. The second shift premium pay shall apply.
Third Shift. If a third shift if required it shall start at the end of the second shift, but shall end after seven (7) hours of work, the employee receiving eight (8) hours pay plus a shift premium of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour.
