Biometrics Sample Clauses

Biometrics. Biometric technologies are used for consumer account authentication. A biometric identifier measures an individual’s unique physical characteristics and compares it to a stored digital template for authentication. A physical characteristic can be a thumbprint or iris pattern. A biometric identifier can be used as a single or multifactor process. The strength of biometrics is related to the uniqueness of the physical characteristic selected for verification. Additional strengths are that biometrics do not rely on people to keep their biometric secret or physically secure their biometric. Biometrics is the only authentication methodology with these advantages.

Biometrics. Statistical Analysis Plan Omnicare CR will develop a statistical analysis plan, including operational definition of endpoints to be analysed, definition of patient subsets (evaluable and intent-to-treat), visit windows, rules for data handling, and a detailed description of statistical methodology. If Sponsor has a standard statistical analysis plan template then this can be used instead. Omnicare CR has budgeted for one Sponsor review and one revision. Design of Table Shells (Mocks) The statistical plan will include a set of formatted shells for all data displays (data listings, summary tables and graphics) planned for each study. If formatted data displays are not required, a detailed table of contents of SAS generated data displays will be included.
Biometrics. We may provide access to your accounts and services through the use of fingerprints or other biometrics. By enrolling in, and using the services, you agree to the use of such biometrics, and further agree to cooperate with the credit union in implementing any new technology. Biometric techniques may be used for authentication purposes. A biometric identifier measures an individual’s unique physical characteristics and compares it to a stored digital template for authentication. A physical characteristic can be a thumbprint, fingerprint, facial recognition or iris pattern. A biometric identifier can be used as a single or multifactor process. When you enable biometric access, every person with an enrolled fingerprint or other biometric identifier on your account, services or electronic access device will have access to your accounts and services, and may access your accounts, view your information, conduct transactions on your behalf, and has your authority to engage in these activities. Enrolled biometrics expands the number of persons who have access to your account regardless of the signers on your account agreement with us. WE ADVISE YOU TO REVIEW AND CONFIRM THAT ALL REGISTERED BIOMETRICS BELONG TO INDIVIDUALS WITH AUTHORITY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. BY USING THE SERVICE, WE RELY ON YOUR REPRESENTATION THAT ANYONE WITH A REGISTERED BIOMETRIC HAS PROPER AUTHORITY TO USE THE SERVICE AND/OR ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT.
Biometrics. The Contractor shall provide biometrics services including the reading of the measurable, biological characteristics of an individual in order to identify them to a computer or other electronic system. Biological characteristics normally measured include fingerprints, voice patterns, retinal and iris scans, faces, and even the chemical composition of an individual's perspiration. For the effective "two-factor" security authorization of an individual to a computer system, normally a biometric measure is used in conjunction with a token (such as a smartcard) or an item of knowledge (such as a password). Biometrics might include fingerprints, retina pattern, iris, hand geometry, vein patterns, voice password, or signature dynamics. Biometrics can be used with a smart card to authenticate the user. The user's biometric information is stored on a smart card, the card is placed in a reader, and a biometric scanner reads the information to match it against that on the card. This is a fast, accurate, and highly secure form of user authentication. C.12.1.27.1 Smart Card Technologies
Biometrics. Abbreviated Statistical Analysis Plan Omnicare CR will develop an abbreviated statistical analysis plan, including operational definition of endpoints to be analysed, definition of patient subsets (evaluable and intent-to-treat), visit windows rules for data handling, and a detailed description of statistical methodology. If Sponsor has a standard statistical analysis plan template then this can be used instead. Omnicare CR has budgeted for **** (****) Sponsor review and **** (****) revision. Additional revisions will be charged to Sponsor.
Biometrics. Keeper natively supports Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID and Android biometrics. Customers who normally login to their Keeper Vault using a Master Password or Enterprise SSO Login (XXXX 2.0) can also login to their devices using a biometric. Biometrics must be enabled by the Keeper Administrator in the role policy. Offline access can also be achieved with a biometric for both Master Password and SSO-enabled users when this feature is activated. When biometric login is enabled on a device, a key is randomly generated locally and stored in the secure enclave (e.g. Keychain) of the device. The user's Data Key is encrypted with the biometric key. Upon successful biometric authentication, the key is retrieved and the user is able to decrypt their vault.
Biometrics. The Parties are jointly responsible for developing global strategies needed to manage data, statistical programming, and biostatistics for each Joint Global Study. The Parties agree that each Joint Global Study shall have one clinical database, one Statistical Analysis Plan (“SAP”) and one Clinical Study Report (“CSR”). The SAP shall define all the statistical methods and outputs which will be included in the CSR, in the IIS/IST, and submitted to Regulatory Authorities as part of the submission package. A detailed SAP review is of fundamental importance to clarify any misunderstandings as early as possible and to produce high-quality programming deliverables. SAPs must be carefully reviewed by highly qualified staff for clarity, comprehension and to ensure sufficient detail is present to unambiguously construct analysis data sets and prepare planned tables, figures, and listings (“TFLs”). Notwithstanding, AxxxXxxx will initiate and coordinate all efforts for statistical programing, data management and biostatistics, in each Joint Global Study, specifically for the following deliverable(s) or as mutually agreed by the Joint Project Team. The deliverables are not considered finalized until the Joint Project Team has reviewed and approved:

Biometrics. I agree that my child will use the biometric system. My child will be required to place their finger onto a scanner, where the software will match their finger ID with the data held in the database when purchasing their lunch. Finger ID is the preferred method of using the system and is entirely voluntary and I consent to the use of my child’s biometric data. I understand that I have the right to withdraw consent by emailing XXXX@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.
Biometrics. Key members of our Biometrics team include Biostatisticians and Statistical Analysts. The Biostatistician assigned to this project will develop the analysis plan and coordinate biometrics activities. The Lead Statistical Analyst will work closely with the Biostatistician to ensure a clear understanding of the analysis plan and communicate any programming issues that may arise.
Biometrics. The Business Connect Mobile App allows you to use biometrics (Touch ID, Fingerprint ID or Face ID) to access your mobile device instead of your username and password. Your username and password will not be stored on a mobile device that you’ve enabled Biometric on. However, by enabling Biometrics on a specific device, every person with enrolled biometrics on that device will have access to your WESTconsin Business Connect account. We suggest reviewing the enrolled biometrics to make sure that each person is authorized to access the personal and financial information available in this app. Biometrics are only stored on your device and WESTconsin’s Business Connect app does not see or store your biometric information during the authentication process. You are responsible for safeguarding your mobile device. The use of Biometrics signifies you acknowledge these terms have been accepted by one or more of the persons who established the subject account with us. You further agree that the use of Biometrics on a mobile device has the same effect as your signature authorizing transactions. You are responsible for all transfers and/or transactions performed with biometrics and agree not to hold WESTconsin Credit Union liable for any errors. If you are not comfortable with these terms, we suggest you not enable biometrics and resort to using your username and password to gain access to your account through your mobile device. If your mobile device doesn’t recognize your biometric information, you can sign in using your standard login credentials (i.e. username, password). You can enable or disable biometric login anytime within the Mobile App. Liability for Unauthorized Access You are responsible for all transactions you; your permissioned Business Administrator(s) or permissioned Business User(s) authorize. If you permit someone else to use your password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. Notify us at once if you believe your password has been lost or stolen, or an unauthorized person has obtained account access without your permission. WESTconsin can place an immediate hold on a Business Administrator’s access and the Business Administrator can place an immediate hold on any Business User(s) account access, blocking online and mobile access. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down, other options include blocking access as described above and/or updating your username and password im...
