Data Listings definition

Data Listings means the computer generated data listings produced by the Charity detailing all anonymised patient data collected under the Clinical Trial other than the Long Term Survival Data.
Data Listings has the same meaning as that ascribed to that phrase in the CTOA.
Data Listings have the meaning given to them in the CTOA and “Regulatory Authorisation” has the meaning given to it in the Licence.
