Account Agreement definition

Account Agreement means the agreements for the operation of the Account.
Account Agreement means, with respect to an Account, the agreements between an Account Owner and an Obligor governing the terms and conditions of such Account, as such agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed from time to time.
Account Agreement means the Account Agreement attached as Exhibit A to the U.S. PB Agreement.

Account Agreement means each agreement governing the establishment and maintenance of any Management Account or any other Base Indenture Account or Series Account to the extent that any such account is not held at the Trustee.
