Electronic System definition

Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and any of its Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.
Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.
Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, web portal access for such Borrower and any other Internet or extranet- based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent or any Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

Examples of Electronic System in a sentence

  • To request a Borrowing of Revolving Loans, the Borrower Representative shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request either in writing (delivered by hand or through Electronic System if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent) in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower Representative (or if an Extenuating Circumstance shall exist, by telephone) 11:00 a.m., New York City time, two Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing.

  • The Borrower Representative shall notify the Administrative Agent, by telephone (confirmed by hand delivery or through Electronic System, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent) of any prepayment hereunder not later than 12:00 p.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the date of prepayment.

Electronic System has the meaning provided to such term in Section 9.01(b).
