Benefits on Sick Leave. Prior to any technologist returning to work on a work program, the Hospital will notify and meet with a representative of the and a member of the local executive to negotiate a back to work program for the technologist in conjunction with a representativefrom The Employer agrees to supply the employee with a copy of the worker's compensation board's Form (Employer's report of Accidental Injury or Industrial Disease) at the same time it is sent to the Board.
