Benefit Accrual. For purposes of accrual of benefits, a regular biweekly pay period consists of eighty (80) hours.
Benefit Accrual. Seniority, for the purpose of vacation, pension and sick leave accrual shall be based upon an employee’s continuous length of service with WSF. Seniority, for the purpose of all other benefit accrual, shall be by bargaining unit-wide seniority based upon an employee’s continuous length of service or adjusted length of service within the bargaining unit.
Benefit Accrual. An employee on leave will retain their accrued benefits as of the beginning date of the leave. No benefits will accrue during the period the employee is on leave.
Benefit Accrual. A teacher on a federal program leave will retain their accrued benefits as of the beginning date of the leave. No benefits will accrue during the period the teacher is on leave.
Benefit Accrual. While on duty disability pursuant to this section, an employee shall receive benefits or benefit accrual as follows:
Benefit Accrual. A teacher on long-term leave will retain their accrued benefits of the beginning date of the leave. No benefits will accrue during the period the teacher is on leave.
Benefit Accrual. An employee shall be entitled to earn sick leave, calculation of increment entitlements, vacation leave and Statutory Holidays for the first (1st) thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of an unpaid leave of absence.
Benefit Accrual. Water Pik Individuals who, as of the Distribution Date, were participants in the ATI Pension Plan will continue to receive service credit for benefit accrual purposes under the ATI Pension Plan for service actually rendered to Water Pik during the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending April 2, 2000. Benefits accrued with respect to service credited pursuant to this Section 3.2 shall be paid by the ATI Pension Plan at the same times and under the same terms and conditions as applicable to benefits accrued under the ATI Pension Plan.
Benefit Accrual. While working in an acting capacity, unit employees will continue to accrue and have recorded general, special, or normal salary step increases in the unit employee's permanent position. However, such salary increases will be paid only to maintain a minimum five (5) range points (e.g., ten [10] half-points) differential above the salary to which a unit employee is entitled in his/her permanent position.
Benefit Accrual. Except as provided for in Article 11.11, seniority, vacation, holidays and credit toward longevity steps, do not accrue while an employee is on unpaid leave, or leave reimbursed under Weekly Indemnity.
