Section 3.2. 16 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.
Section 3.2. 38 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 39 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District. 41 Section 3.3. 42 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other persons 43 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District as 44 hereinafter provided.
Section 3.2. 22 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of professional/work-related concern to the attention 23 of appropriate Union representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.
Section 3.2. 27 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 28 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District. 30 Section 3.3. 31 Whenever disciplinary action is involved, an employee subject to this Agreement has the right to have 32 an Association representative or another person present at discussions between themselves and 33 representatives of the District as hereinafter provided in the Grievance Procedure of this Agreement.
Section 3.2. 2 Neither the District nor the Association shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 3 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a 4 physical handicap with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an 5 individual without danger to the health or safety of the physically handicapped person or others.
Section 3.2. 5 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 6 other persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 7 District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.2. 8 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 9 Union representatives and/or to their immediate supervisor and to the Superintendent in accordance 10 with District policy and administrative procedures.
Section 3.2. Section 3.2 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
