When the rate of pay is less than one hundred (100%) of the annual rate of pay, the teacher shall undertake two years of return service, and when the rate of pay is one hundred (100%) of the annual rate of pay, the teacher shall undertake three years of return service.

When the rate of pay is less than the full amount of the annual rate of pay, the teacher shall undertake two years of return service, and when the rate of pay is the full amount of the annual rate of pay, the teacher shall undertake three years of return service.
