Common use of Benefit Accrual Clause in Contracts

Benefit Accrual. A nurse will continue to accrue PLH and EIH at his/her 16 regular rate of accrual as long as he/she is in a pay status. When no longer in a 17 pay status, further accrual of PLH and EIH will cease until the nurse returns to 18 work.
