Association Approval. Only after an Association Consensus Vote is successfully secured by the Association in the manner described in this Section 18.5 may the Association deliver a formal notice of the Association Defect Claim to each Respondent in the manner described in Section 18.5.1 above.

Association Approval. If the Association documents give the Association the right to approve Buyer as a 15 purchaser, this Contract is contingent on such approval by the Association. Buyer will apply for approval within 16 days (5 days if left blank) after Effective Date and use diligent effort to obtain approval, including making 17 personal appearances and paying related fees if required. Seller and Buyer will sign and deliver any documents 18 required by the Association to complete the transfer. If Buyer is not approved, this Contract will terminate; and
