Association Grievance. A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Representative article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within 35 calendar days from the date of occurrence. Such grievance shall describe the problem and the contract provisions alleged to have been violated.
Association Grievance. An Association grievance filed on behalf of a group of employees will begin the grievance process at Level Three within ten (10) working days from time of the occurrence of the alleged violation.
Association Grievance. An Association grievance is a claim initiated by the Association on behalf of more than one Member, a claim involving Bargaining Unit or Association rights, or a dispute or difference between the Employer and the Association, arising out of the interpretation, application, administration, or alleged violation(s) of the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
Association Grievance. The Association may initiate a grievance if the grievance involves a group of nurses and if the grievance is submitted in writing within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date the nurses became aware of the facts giving rise to the grievance.
Association Grievance. The Association may file a grievance on its own behalf or on behalf of a unit member(s). The Association agrees to provide sufficient information to allow the District to investigate and respond to the grievance. If the alleged violation is not caused by a site- level decision, the grievance may be filed at Step 2.
Association Grievance. The Association may file a grievance as defined in this Agreement which involves all or a substantial number of the nurses covered by this Agreement. Such grievance shall be submitted at Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
Association Grievance. The Association may in its own name file a grievance alleging that the County has failed to provide it some organizational right which is established by this Memorandum of Understanding, provided that such right is not made subject to the discretion of the County. Such Association grievances shall be filed with the Agency/Department Head and heard and determined pursuant to the provisions of the fifth step of the grievance procedure.

Association Grievance. Any Association grievance will be filed at Step 2 of 14 the grievance process within the same fourteen (14) calendar day limitation as applies to 15 nurses in Step 1. 16
Association Grievance. 16.10 Where any difference between the Employer and the Association arises from the interpretation, application, administration or alleged contravention of the Agreement, the Association shall be entitled to file a grievance with the Director, Centre for Employee Relations at the Formal Resolution Stage of the grievance procedure provided it does so within thirty (30) days following the occurrence or origination of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance.
