Survive Termination. The provisions of Sections 8.01 and 8.02 shall survive the termination of this Guarantee Agreement or the resignation or removal of the Guarantee Trustee.
Survive Termination. Notwithstanding Section 4.7 hereof, the provisions of this Article and Section 4.3(a)(iii) shall survive payment in full of the 2015-A Purchase Payments and the 2015-A Bonds, the termination of the Indenture, the termination of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Trustee.
Survive Termination. The whole of this clause 22 is to survive termination of this Agreement.

Survive Termination. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the provisions of this clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
