Access to Job Site. The Business Manager, or Union Representative, after notifying the company, shall be allowed to visit the job site. However, their visit shall not disrupt the normal routines. In addition, in order to visit the job site, consent must be obtained from the owner of the job site in the event that such owner is not the employer.

Access to Job Site. Owner shall have the right to have representatives on the Job Site full time. In addition, Contractor shall provide reasonable access at all times, upon request by Owner, to the Job Site and the Work to Owner, Owner’s other contractors, Owner’s Engineer, Financing Parties’ engineer and the Financing Parties and their respective employees, representatives, agents and consultants; provided, however, that in the absence of an emergency or a default by Contractor hereunder, (i) Owner shall give reasonable prior notice to Contractor, and (ii) Contractor may provide, and each such person shall accept, an escort or any safety equipment or measures that Contractor, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary or advisable.
Access to Job Site. An authorized representative of the union shall be allowed admission at reasonable times and places, to any City job site involving employees covered by this agreement, for the purpose of investigating conditions on the job with minimal interruption of the City's operation. The Union representative shall notify the supervisor in charge, if available.
Access to Job Site. Furnish the Job Site, as identified (together with the Facility Site) in Exhibit 2.1.1, and assure reasonable rights of ingress and egress to and from the Job Site for Contractor and all Subcontractors, sufficient for the performance of the Work.

PSI shall promptly provide Owner with the items that are necessary for preparation of the jobsite and promptly notify Owner in the event such items are not completed. PSI will not be called upon to start work until the mutually agreed upon access to the jobsite is provided and until sufficient areas are ready to ensure continued work until job completion. The performance of PSI's Work is contingent upon such agreed access to the job site and to the areas whereby PSI is to perform its work.

CONTRACTOR and Owner will cooperate with each other to coordinate such access and preparation of the work areas. During construction, the jobsite shall be closed to all students, facility, and school administration staff. Moving and off-site storage of existing building furnishings, equipment, computer systems and educational materials during construction will be the responsibility of the District.

Access to Job Site. Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and materialmen, and their respective employees shall have access to the work site between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
