Rights of Ingress and Egress. The rights of ingress to, and egress from, Government facilities for the Contractor's personnel must be specified in the task order. Specific federally-controlled facilities or those areas located within a given facility may have additional security clearance requirements must be specified in the task order. Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, shall have in their possession, at all times while working, the specific Government identification credential issued by the Government. The identification credential shall be displayed and be visible at all times while on Government property. During all operations on Government premises, the Contractor's personnel shall comply with the rules and regulations governing the facility access policies and the conduct of personnel. The Government reserves the right to require Contractor personnel to "sign-in" upon entry and "sign-out" upon departure from the Government facilities. The Contactor shall be responsible for ensuring that all identification credentials are returned to the issuing agency whenever contract employees leave the contract, when the task order has been completed, employees leave the company, or employees are dismissed or terminated. The Contractor shall notify the issuing agency whenever employee badges are lost.

Rights of Ingress and Egress. Licensee shall have the right of ingress to and egress from its Licensed Area over public walkways and roadways. Licensee shall have the right to use common use roadways, following established speed and safety signage. Licensee's rights of ingress and egress and use of common use roadways shall be subject to all applicable laws and to regulations established by the Airport Director.
Rights of Ingress and Egress. Subject to any applicable rules, regulations, or City policies governing the use of the Airport and Terminal, City grants to Concessionaire the non-exclusive right to use, in common with others, the areas designated by City to be public or to be used in common, including, but not limited to, xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, waiting rooms, hallways, restrooms and other passenger conveniences at the Airport and the Terminal, herein after referred to as “Public Areas”, for Concessionaire’s employees, patrons, guests and invitees for the use for which the Public Areas were designed. Concessionaire’s right under this section includes the right of ingress to and egress from the CSA for Concessionaire and its employees, patrons, guests, invitees, suppliers of materials and services, along with equipment, and other property related to Concessionaire’s business within the Terminal at the Airport under this Agreement. In addition, Concessionaire will be granted the right to access the loading dock area and stage product for brief periods prior to redistribution to the CSA. The rights of ingress and egress granted by this section may be exercised without charge, provided that City reserves the right charge Concessionaire for employee, patron, guest, and supplier parking privileges.

Said rights of ingress and egress shall likewise apply to Tenant’s employees, guests, patrons and suppliers, including the right of transport of equipment, material, cargo, machinery and other property provided, however, that Director may impose a charge upon Xxxxxx’s suppliers or furnishers of service in an amount sufficient to compensate City for the out-of-pocket costs reasonably and directly incurred by City in the reasonable regulation by City of such suppliers or furnishers of service in the exercise by such suppliers or furnishers of the foregoing right of ingress and egress, and provided further, that such right of ingress and egress shall not alter or affect whatever contractual arrangements which may now or hereafter exist between City and Tenant’s suppliers or furnishers of service.

In such case, such license agreements will require the licensee to contribute to any maintenance and repair obligations related to, and to comply with all of the terms and conditions of, the rights-of-way, easements, licenses, servitudes, surface rights agreements and other applicable agreements, cooperate with all reasonable requests by the counterparties thereto and use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the good relations of Seller with such counterparties.
