Facility Site definition

Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

More Definitions of Facility Site

Facility Site means the real property, easements and rights of way on which the Facility is located as defined and depicted on Exhibit A to the Site Lease.

Facility Site means the real property (including all fixtures and appurtenances thereto) and related physical and intangible property generally identified in Appendix A-1 and Appendix A-2 where the Facility is located.
