Access to Work. District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.
Access to Work. The Design Professional, the Owner, and their representatives shall have access at all times to the work wherever it is in preparation or progress, and the Contractor shall provide proper facilities for such access and for inspection.
Access to Work. 3.16.1 The Contractor shall provide the Owner and Architect access to the Work in preparation and progress wherever located.
Access to Work. District and its representatives shall at all times have access to Work wherever it is in preparation or progress, including storage and fabrication. Developer shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access so that District's representatives may perform their functions. District shall provide Developer adequate advance notice for access to active construction zones such that Developer may provide for safety measures to District and representatives.
Access to Work. Owner, Architect, Architect's Consultants, other representatives and personnel of Owner, independent testing laboratories, and governmental agencies with jurisdictional interests shall have access to the Site and the Work at reasonable times for their observation, inspecting, and testing. Contractor shall provide them proper and safe conditions for such access and advise them of Contractor's Site safety procedures and programs so that they may comply therewith as applicable.
Access to Work. 5.01 Subject to Article 2, the process for identifying access to work when there is an integration shall be as follows:
Access to Work. The Design-Builder shall provide the Owner and its separate contractors and consultants access to the Work in preparation and progress wherever located. The Design-Builder shall notify the Owner regarding Project safety criteria and programs, which the Owner, and its contractors and consultants, shall comply with while at the site.
Access to Work. The President or Vice President of the Union and representatives of CWA District 4 may consult employees in the assembly area before the start of and at the completion of the day's work. With the approval of the Director of Human Resources or designee and notification to the Division Administrator, these same individuals shall be permitted access to work areas solely for the purpose of adjusting grievances, assisting in the settlement of disputes or carrying into effect the provisions and aims of this Agreement. This privilege is extended subject to the understanding that such access will not in fact interfere with work time or work assignments. Any suspected abuse of these privileges shall be resolved through a meeting of the City and the Union.
Access to Work. If applicable, FIU shall at all times have access to review the ongoing work of Vendor for purposes of inspecting the same and determining that the Vendor's performance is in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Access to Work. Although Vendor has the authority to control and direct the performance of the details of the work, the work contemplated herein must meet FIU’s standards and approval and shall be subject to FIU’s general right of inspection to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.
