Design Reviews. The following Technical Design Reviews (TDR) will be completed by Cordis for the carotid stent delivery system catalogs with 57cm length project: • Design Review I: Combined Design Input, Concept Selection and Planning & Design Output Technical Design Review (Prototypes testing completed) • Design Review II: Combined Verification/Validation and Design and Technology Transfer Technical Design Review (DV/PQ Report approved) Evidence of completion of these design reviews will be documented as required per Cordis Quality System. A Clinical Readiness Design Review is responsibility of SRM and will not be documented in the Cordis Quality System.
Design Reviews. Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs) shall be conducted at the spacecraft system level. Each design review shall be comprehensive, critical audit of the design. The design review program shall not only encompass a thorough review of new hardware designs and modified designs, but shall also take into account those existing qualified designs that will result in the achievement of the XM performance and environmental requirements. Without relieving the Contractor of its responsibilities for efforts under the Contract, the XM Project Manager will co-chair system level design reviews. The Contractor shall provide the logistics for these reviews, shall make the review presentations, and shall provide required documentation as described within the CDRL. The Contractor shall compile and maintain a uniform program listing of all action items. The status of these action items shall be tracked through closure.
Design Reviews. The contractor shall provide support for the Army Range Modernization Program (AMRP) and document in the AMRP. The contractor shall comply with Army standard range designs by participating in design reviews and inspections of construction and installation of targetry and instrumentation. The contractor shall provide a trip report in accordance with TCM-Ranges standards within five (5) working days upon return from or participation in design review conferences, working groups, or program management reviews. After review by TCM-Ranges, the contractor shall post relevant information on the MILCON Dashboard and SRP Range Modernization Shared Drive. Design Reviews. ‌ Developer’s time and cost impacts of revisions arising from IFA’s participation in Design Reviews or caused by Developer’s noncompliance with the PPA Documents requirements shall be borne by Developer and shall not form the basis of a Relief Event.

For minor items with little complexity, and although it is expected that most Phase 2 reviews will take place in the Project Office, Phase 2 shall, as necessary, provide for review participants to take the review package to their own offices for further examination, particularly for complex and, sensitive features. During this period, reviewers are encouraged to contact or meet with the Responsible Engineer to gain further understanding of the design intent of discuss the reviewers issues. The length of Phase 2 shall be consistent with the durations agreed to at the design workshop or as subsequently agreed to in writing. IFA’s Phase 2 written comments, if any, shall be provided to Developer through a design requirement verification report and within the periods specified in the PPA or as agreed to during the Design Workshop. All IFA design requirement verification observations shall be viewable to the Developer’s staff through the IFA’s requirement verification database application. Developer’s design staff shall be required to respond to all IFA observations related to design non-conformances or Design Requirements not being realized through the IFA’s requirement verification database application. • Phase 3 shall consist of review participants meeting face to face with the Responsible Engineer and other members of Developer’s staff to present and resolve comments from review participants. All IFA detected issues shall be appropriately resolved within the IFA’s requirement verification database application. Design Reviews. The Railroad will review design plans for Work on the Railroad’s property. Railroad review is separate and independent from CDOT oversight. The Contractor shall coordinate the required Railroad design reviews with the Railroad. All plans submitted to the Railroad for review and approval shall be in English units. All documents shall be delivered to the Manager of Public Formatted: Underline Projects as identified in section 6.2.2. The Contractor shall allow 15 days for review and comment by the Railroad for all design reviews as identified in section 3.5 of Exhibit G to the C&M Agreement – Guidelines for Railroad Grade Separation Projects.
