Code Documentation definition

Code Documentation is a specific type of Documentation (sometimes described as “internal software code”) comprising the written text that accompanies computer software source code, describing the functionality incorporated in the source code, its data structure, algorithms and application program interfaces, and explaining how the computer software performs its functions.
Code Documentation means (i) any design specifications (e.g., logic manuals, flow charts, and principles of operation), testing specifications, test procedures (automated or manual), internal documentation (e.g., database schema designs, functional specifications, training materials, sales guides, build procedures) and (ii) any internal development tools (e.g., build tools, install tools, test tools, debug/diagnostic tools, reviewer guides), and localization versions, all of the foregoing to the extent provided to CRC by OPC under this License Agreement and related to the Source Code of the software listed in Exhibit A.
Code Documentation means (i) any design specifications (e.g., logic manuals, flow charts, and principles of operation), testing specifications, test procedures (automated or manual), internal documentation (e.g., database schema designs, functional specifications, training materials, sales guides, build procedures) and (ii) any internal development tools (e.g., build tools, install tools, test tools, debug/diagnostic tools, reviewer guides), and localization versions, all of the foregoing as provided to CRC by OPC under this License Agreement and related to the Source Code of the software listed in Exhibit A.

Examples of Code Documentation in a sentence

  • Contractor shall also provide District with any nonproprietary software (including Code Documentation therefor) utilized by Contractor to develop any System Deliverable.

  • Contractor will provide to LAUSD all copies of such Work Product (including, if applicable, the source code and Code Documentation for any software that constitutes Work Product), and LAUSD will have the exclusive right to copyright such material.

  • To the extent required by a Work Order, all Code Documentation shall be complete and describe the source code and all components thereof accurately so as to enable computer programmers of ordinary skill and experience who are knowledgeable of the subject matter to fully utilize the source code to understand, support, modify, and otherwise use the software to which it relates.

  • Obtain and maintain all necessary ISM Code Documentation in connection with the Mortgaged Vessels, and be in compliance in all material respects with the ISM Code, except, in each case with respect to this Section 5.15, to the extent the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Source Code Documentation" means the manuals and other documentation that are reasonably necessary to use the Source Code licensed herein, including those items listed and described in the relevant Transition Service Schedule hereto.

  • Each Borrower has obtained or will obtain or will cause to be obtained all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with the Ship owned by it and its operation and will be or will cause such Ship and the relevant Approved Manager to be in full compliance with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code.

  • Obtain and maintain all necessary ISM Code Documentation in connection with the Mortgaged Vessel, and be in compliance in all material respects with the ISM Code, except, in each case with respect to this Section 5.15, to the extent the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Licensee agrees that any access to any PS Source Code and PS Source Code Documentation will not limit or restrict PalmSource’s right to modify or replace such PS Source Code and PS Source Code Documentation in future versions of the PS Licensed Products.

  • The Source Code and Source Code Documentation are hereby deemed "Confidential Information" and subject to the terms and procedures of the Master Confidential Disclosure Agreement.

  • Each Borrower has obtained or will obtain or will cause to be obtained all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with the Ship owned or to be owned by it and its operation and will be or will cause such Ship and the Approved Manager to be in full compliance with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code.
