Sole Permitted Use definition

Sole Permitted Use. General Office Space and any other lawful use permitted by applicable zoning laws and approved by Landlord, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Sole Permitted Use. The Premises are to be used and continuously and completely occupied by Tenant solely for the purpose of general office use.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to use, bring on, produce, store, use and dispose of Hazardous Substances necessary to Tenant's use of the Premises for the Sole Permitted Use ("Permitted Hazardous Substances"), in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws and the terms of this Lease, including, without limitation, all of the provisions of this Section 28.

Sole Permitted Use means office usage;
