Common Areas and Facilities definition

Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
Common Areas and Facilities mean: i. those portions of the Building areas, buildings, improvements, facilities, utilities, equipment and installations in or forming part of the Building which from time to time are not designated or intended by the Landlord to be leased to tenants of the Building including, without limitation, exterior weather walls, roofs, entrances and exits, parking areas, driveways, loading docks and area, storage, mechanical and electrical rooms, areas above and below leasable premises and not included within leasable premises, security and alarm equipment, grassed and landscaped areas, retaining walls and maintenance, cleaning and operating equipment serving the Building; and ii. those lands, areas, buildings, improvements, facilities, utilities, equipment and installations which serve or are for the useful benefit of the Building, the tenants of the Building or the Landlord and those having business with them, whether or not located within, adjacent to or near the Building and which are designated from time to time by the Landlord as part of the Common Areas and Facilities;
Common Areas and Facilities. , in relation to a building, means all parts of the building or the land on which it is located and all easements, rights an appurtenances belonging to the land or the building, which are neither in the exclusive possession of an apartment owner in terms of this conveyance deed of apartment, nor are handed over or intended to be handed over to the local authority or other public service agency and shall include the limited common areas and facilities;

Examples of Common Areas and Facilities in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Deed, no Owner shall allow children to play in the Common Areas and Facilities which are not Recreational Facilities particularly lifts and any damage to or discolouration to decorations in such areas or lifts (if any) by children shall be paid for by the Owner or occupier of the Unit in which the child or children concerned reside.

  • The First Owner shall prepare or cause to be prepared a set of plans showing the Common Areas and Facilities certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.

  • No Unit Owner shall make any addition, alteration or improvement in or to his Unit or to any portion of the Common Areas and Facilities to which he has the exclusive use, which may affect the appearance or structure of the Condominium, or the integrity of its systems, or which is otherwise restricted by the Master Deed, without the prior written consent thereto of the Trustee(s).

  • Subject as hereinbefore provided in this Deed, the Common Areas and Facilities shall at all times be under the exclusive management and control of the Manager who shall have full and unrestricted power to regulate and control the reasonable use thereof by the Owners, the occupiers and their invitees.

  • Tenant and its employees shall park their vehicles only in those portions of the Common Areas and Facilities, if any, designated for that purpose by Landlord.


More Definitions of Common Areas and Facilities

Common Areas and Facilities means (as the context may require) all or any of (i) the Estate Common Areas and Facilities; (ii) the Residential Blocks Common Areas and Facilities and (iii) all those parts and such of the facilities of the Estate designated as common areas and facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Deed or Sub-Deed (if any), each of which Common Areas and Facilities shall, where applicable, include those appropriate and relevant common parts specified in Schedule 1 to the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);
Common Areas and Facilities means such common areas and facilities within the Said Building/Said Complex earmarked for common use of all the allottee(s) and mentioned in Part A, Part B and Part C of Annexure IV of the Agreement.
Common Areas and Facilities means those areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations in the Building which are not leased or licensed to tenants or licensees of the Building, and which serve or are for the benefit of the Building and are located within the Building or on the Lands, including all areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations which are provided by the Licensor for the use or benefit of all the
Common Areas and Facilities means any areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations designated for common or shared use in the Building or on the Lands;
Common Areas and Facilities is defined as (i) the common stairways and access ways, lobbies, hallways, entrances, stairs, elevators and any passageways thereto, other areas or facilities within the Building for the general use, convenience and benefit of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of the Building and the common pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, telephone and electrical closets (except on floors leased entirely by Tenant), and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises; (ii) the common exterior walkways located on the Property and associated with the Building, and (iii) any other common areas and facilities from time to time designated as such by Landlord (provided that no areas initially designated as part of the Premises on Exhibit 1.06 may be designated as a common area).
Common Areas and Facilities means all areas and facilities of the Immovable which are not intended for the exclusive benefit of any lessee in particular, as determined by the Lessor from time to time;
