Common Areas and Facilities. , in relation to a building, means all parts of the building or the land on which it is located and all easements, rights an appurtenances belonging to the land or the building, which are neither in the exclusive possession of an apartment owner in terms of this conveyance deed of apartment, nor are handed over or intended to be handed over to the local authority or other public service agency and shall include the limited common areas and facilities;
Common Areas and Facilities means such common areas and facilities within the Said Building/Said Complex earmarked for common use of all the allottee(s) and mentioned in Part A, Part B and Part C of Annexure IV of the Agreement.
Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

Examples of Common Areas and Facilities in a sentence

  • The regulation and management of the Common Areas and Facilities shall be under the exclusive control of the Landlord.

  • The Tenant shall not without the permission of the Landlord keep or display any merchandise, sign or other thing on or about, or solicit or conduct business on, or obstruct any of the Common Areas and Facilities of the Project.

  • Despite anything else in this Lease, including but not limited to Section 11.9, Section 10.5 and Section 6.2, if the Project or any part of it or the Common Areas and Facilities or any part of them, require repair or replacement because of the acts of the Tenant (negligent or otherwise) the costs together with the sum equal to fifteen percent (15%) of that cost representing the Landlord’s overhead will be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord as Additional Rent on demand.

  • The Tenant shall have the right to the use of the Common Areas and Facilities of the Project for itself and its invitees in common with the Landlord, other tenants, and their invitees.


More Definitions of Common Areas and Facilities

Common Areas and Facilities means (as the context may require) all or any of (i) the Estate Common Areas and Facilities; (ii) the Residential Blocks Common Areas and Facilities and (iii) all those parts and such of the facilities of the Estate designated as common areas and facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Deed or Sub-Deed (if any), each of which Common Areas and Facilities shall, where applicable, include those appropriate and relevant common parts specified in Schedule 1 to the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);
Common Areas and Facilities means those areas, facilities, improvements, installations and equipment in or around the Building existing from time to time that: (i) are neither rented nor designated nor intended by the Landlord to be rented: and (ii) are provided or designated from time to time by the Landlord for use in common by the Landlord, the Tenant, other tenants of the Building or their sublessees, agents, employees, customers, invitees or licensees, whether or not those areas are open to the general public or to all tenants of the Building including, without limitation, the Building Systems, entrances, lobbies, access and service corridors, stairways, indoor and outdoor walkways (both open and enclosed), malls, courts and arcades (both open and enclosed), public seating areas and facilities, public washrooms, indoor and outdoor landscaping and landscaped areas, passageways or tunnels leading to any public walkway or other facilities or to other buildings or concourses, mailrooms, electrical, telecommunications, cable, meter, valve, mechanical, storage and janitor rooms, telecommunication and electrical risers, shipping and receiving areas and loading docks, package or passenger pick‑up areas, waste disposal or recycling facilities, parking facilities, driveways, laneways and ramps and sidewalks, parks and other municipal facilities for which the Landlord directly or indirectly is subject to obligations in its capacity as owner of the Building or an interest in it, all as may be altered, expanded, reduced, reconstructed or relocated from time to time.
Common Areas and Facilities means (a) those areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations in the Building which, from time to time, are not designated or intended by the Landlord to be leased to tenants of the Building, and (b) those areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations which serve or are for the benefit of the Building, whether or not located within, adjacent to, or near the Building and which are designated or intended by the Landlord from time to time as part of the Common Areas and Facilities of the Building. Common Areas and Facilities includes, without limitation, all areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations which are provided or designated (and which may be changed from time to time) by the Landlord for the use or benefit of the tenants, their employees, customers and other invitees in common with others entitled to the use or benefit thereof in the manner and for the purposes permitted by this Lease.
Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Common Areas and the Common Facilities.
Common Areas and Facilities means all areas and facilities of the Immovable which are not intended for the exclusive benefit of any lessee in particular, as determined by the Lessor from time to time;
Common Areas and Facilities is defined as (i) the common stairways and access ways, lobbies, hallways, entrances, stairs, elevators and any passageways thereto, other areas or facilities within the Building for the general use, convenience and benefit of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of the Building and the common pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, telephone and electrical closets (except on floors leased entirely by Tenant), and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises; (ii) the common exterior walkways located on the Property and associated with the Building, and (iii) any other common areas and facilities from time to time designated as such by Landlord (provided that no areas initially designated as part of the Premises on Exhibit 1.06 may be designated as a common area).
