Business License definition

Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.
Business License means any approval, permit, filing, registration and any other licenses which are required to be obtained by the Company for the lawful and valid conduct of all its business, including without limitation the Business License for Enterprise Legal Person, Tax Registration Certificate and other permits and licenses required under the PRC Laws then in effect.
