Permitted Uses definition

Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.
Permitted Uses means a use, listed in a permitted use table, that shall be approved with or without conditions provided the requirements and regulations of Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, are satisfied;

  • During the Subscription Period and subject to the terms of this Agreement, Provider grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as permitted in Section 10.6 (Assignment)) license to install and use the Software on systems owned or controlled by Customer for the Permitted Uses.

More Definitions of Permitted Uses

Permitted Uses. Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be limited to general office use and storage incidental thereto. Tenant’s rights to use the Premises shall be subject to all applicable laws and governmental rules and regulations and to all reasonable requirements of the insurers of the Building.
Permitted Uses means making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing or distributing any implementation of the Specification 1) only to the extent it implements the Specification and 2) so long as all required portions of the Specification are implemented.
