Permitted Uses definition

Permitted Uses means a use, listed in a permitted use table, that shall be approved with or without conditions provided the requirements and regulations of Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, are satisfied;
Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.
Permitted Uses. Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be limited to general office use and storage incidental thereto. Tenant’s rights to use the Premises shall be subject to all applicable laws and governmental rules and regulations and to all reasonable requirements of the insurers of the Building.

  • Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it or the Permitted Uses as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management, leasing and operation of the Properties, and it being understood and agreed that a temporary closure or minimization of operations at the Properties as a result of a Force Majeure event shall not be deemed a breach of this covenant.
