Permitted Uses definition

Permitted Uses means a use, listed in a permitted use table, that shall be approved with or without conditions provided the requirements and regulations of Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, are satisfied;

Permitted Uses. Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be limited to general office use and storage incidental thereto. Tenant’s rights to use the Premises shall be subject to all applicable laws and governmental rules and regulations and to all reasonable requirements of the insurers of the Building.

Examples of Permitted Uses in a sentence

• Developer shall be allowed only those Permitted Uses as shown on the Overall Development Plan except to the extent that modifications to said Overall Development Plan may be required to give effect to the terms of this Agreement, such modifications being limited to those reasonably necessary to effect compliance with this Agreement, in which case Developer will be permitted all of the Permitted Uses shown in the modified Overall Development Plan.

• Developer, in consideration of the benefits and opportunities provided to Developer by the Permitted Uses hereinafter defined and the cooperation of City in connection therewith, assures City that the development, construction, infrastructure, services, amenities, and other site design features of the Project are implemented in a proper and timely manner per this Agreement.

• Any change to the Permitted Uses must be accompanied by a subsequent writing, recorded among the land records of Fairfax County, Virginia, evidencing the written consent of Bittersweet, as owner of the Bittersweet Properties, or their successors and assigns, and Grantee, to a revised definition of the Permitted Uses.

• AND, FURTHER, Grantor and Grantee agree and covenant, for the benefit of Bittersweet, as owner of the Bittersweet Properties, its successors and assigns, that the Subject Property shall be used solely for the Permitted Uses.

More Definitions of Permitted Uses

Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

Permitted Uses means making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing or distributing any implementation of the Specification 1) only to the extent it implements the Specification and 2) so long as all required portions of the Specification are implemented. Permitted Uses do not extend to any portion of an implementation that is not included in the Specification.
