Except as otherwise provided in this Paragraph 14, no modification, waiver or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and executed by the parties hereto.
If an Early Possession Date is specified in Paragraph 1.4 and if Lessee totally or partially occupies the Premises after the Early Possession Date but prior to the Commencement Date, the obligation to pay Base Rent shall be abated for the period of such early occupancy.
