Office Space definition

Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.
Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).
Office Space means the office number and/or workspace location(s) specified in the Membership Details form.

Examples of Office Space in a sentence

  • If the Start Date is a Regular Business Day, you will be entitled to move into the Office Space after 11:00 a.m. (in the Office Space’s time zone) on the Start Date.

  • If the Start Date is not a Regular Business Day, you will be entitled to move into the Office Space after 11:00 a.m. (in the Office Space’s time zone) on the first Regular Business Day after the Start Date.

  • After providing you with reasonable notice, we will be entitled to dispose of any property remaining in or on the Office Space or Premises after the termination or expiration of this Agreement and will not have any obligation to store such property, and you waive any claims or demands regarding such property or our handling of such property.
