Return of the Company Property. All materials furnished to Director by the Company, whether delivered to Director by the Company or made by Director in the performance of Director Services under this Agreement (the “Company Property”) are the sole and exclusive property of the Company. Director agrees to promptly deliver the original and any copies of the Company Property to the Company at any time upon the Company’s request. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party for any reason, Director agrees to promptly deliver to the Company or destroy, at the Company’s option, the original and any copies of the Company Property. Director agrees to certify in writing that Director has so returned or destroyed all such the Company Property.

Return of the Company Property. At the request of the Company (or, without any request, upon termination of my employment with the Company), Employee will immediately deliver to the Company (a) all the Company property that is then in Employee’s possession, custody or control, including, without limitation, all keys, access cards, cell phones, tablets, computer hardware including but not limited to any hard drives, external storage devices, diskettes, fobs, laptops, tablets, computers and personal data assistants (and the contents thereof), internet connectivity devices, computer software and programs, data, materials, papers, books, files, documents, records; (b) any and all documents or other items containing, summarizing, or describing any Proprietary Information, including all originals and copies in whatever form; (c) any personal device that Employee synced with or used to access any the Company system for purpose of inspection and copying; and (d) a list of passwords or codes needed to operate or access any of the items referenced in this Section 16.
Return of the Company Property. Employee agrees that upon any termination of his employment, Employee shall return to the Company within a reasonable time not to exceed two (2) weeks, any of the Company’s property in his possession or under his control, including but not limited to, computer/office automation equipment, records and names, addresses, and other information with regard to customers or potential customers of the Company with whom Employee has had contact or done business.

Further, the Participant shall not retain any property, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, data, information, or documents, belonging to the Company or any copies thereof (in electronic or hard copy format).
Return of the Company Property. When I leave the employ of the Company, I will deliver to the Company any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices, formulas, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Company Inventions, Third Party Information or Proprietary Information of the Company. I further agree that any property situated on the Company's premises and owned by the Company, including disks and other storage media, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by the Company personnel at any time with or without notice. Prior to leaving, I will cooperate with the Company in completing and signing the Company's termination statement if requested to do so by the Company.
Return of the Company Property. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that all notes, records, reports, sketches, plans, unpublished memoranda or other documents, whether in paper, electronic or other form (and all copies thereof), held by the Executive concerning any information relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates, whether confidential or not, are the property of the Company and its Affiliates. The Executive will immediately deliver to the Company at the termination or expiration of the Agreement Term, or, if later, at the termination of employment, or at any other time the Company may request, all equipment, files, property, memoranda, notes, plans, records, reports, computer tapes, printouts and software and other documents and data (and all electronic, paper or other copies thereof) belonging to the Company or its Affiliates which includes, but is not limited to, any materials that contain, embody or relate to the Confidential Information, Work Product or the business of the Company or its Affiliates, which Executive may then possess or have under Executive’s control. The Executive will take any and all actions reasonably deemed necessary or appropriate by the Company or its Affiliates from time to time in its sole discretion to ensure the continued confidentiality and protection of the Confidential Information. The Executive will notify the Company and the appropriate Affiliates promptly and in writing of any circumstances of which the Executive has knowledge relating to any possession or use of any Confidential Information by any Person other than those authorized by the terms of this Agreement.

If at any time after termination of the Participant’s employment the Participant determines that the Participant has any Confidential Information in the Participant’s possession or control, the Participant shall immediately return to the Company all such Confidential Information in the Participant’s possession or control, including all copies and portions thereof.

Return of the Company Property. If Employee’s employment is terminated for any reason, Employee agrees to deliver promptly to the Company all Materials, and will not take, or retain in Employee’s possession, any of the Materials or any copies of the Materials. Employee will allow Company to delete all Confidential Information from Employee’s computers, cell phones, personal digital assistant and other equipment and media. Employee also agrees to sign and deliver to the Company any oath requested by Company to verify Employee’s understanding of and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Return of the Company Property. You agree that all documents and other materials of any kind pertaining to the business of the Company (including Confidential Information in any format) in your possession at any time during your employment are and shall be the property of the Company and that all such property, including all copies thereof and all such information contained on your personal computer(s), PDAs, or other electronic storage devices shall be surrendered by you to the Company upon the Company’s request from time to time during such employment, and with or without request upon termination of your employment.
Return of the Company Property. On or prior to Executive’s last day of employment with the Company, or on an earlier date at the request of the Company, Executive will return to the Company the following: (a) all books, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, correspondence, blueprints, sketches, documents, lists and other written, typed, printed or recorded materials (in any medium), whether furnished by the Company, Parent or Purchaser or prepared by Executive, which contain any information relating to the Company, Parent or Purchaser; (b) all physical property of the Company, including, but not limited to, devices, credit cards, cardkey passes, door and file keys, computer access codes, flash drives or disks and instructional manuals, and any computer, tablet or mobile phone; and (c) any Confidential Information in Executive’s possession, custody or control (collectively, the “Company Property”), except that Executive may keep his or her personal copies of (i) his or her compensation records, and (ii) materials distributed to stockholders generally. At the request of the Company, Executive shall certify to the Company that Executive has used reasonable best efforts not to retain originals or copies of Company Property. If Executive later discovers any Company Property, Executive shall immediately return it to the Company
