Company System. The electric system owned and operated by Company (to include any non-utility owned facilities) consisting of power plants, transmission and distribution lines, and related equipment for the production and delivery of electric power to the public.

Company System means any computer system, network, telecommunication system, database, or other information technology environment owned, controlled, operated or maintained by Company or any Company Representative, including electronic mail, voicemail, networks, internet and intranet portals and the Company web.
