Project Implementation Plan definition

Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the plan, satisfactory to the Association, to be adopted by EPF for the implementation of the Project, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Section II of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as said plan may be amended from time to time with prior agreement of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;
Project Implementation Plan and “PIP” mean the plan to be prepared by the Borrower for the implementation of the Project and referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules and attachments to said PIP;

Examples of Project Implementation Plan in a sentence

  • On receipt of such comments/observation from the Authority, the Developer shall within 15 (fifteen) days submit a revised Project Implementation Plan to the Authority for its approval.

  • The Project Implementation Plan will be considered deemed approved by Authority if any comments / observations are not shared with the Developer within 60 (sixty) days of receipt of the Project Implementation Plan from the Authority.

  • After approval by the Authority, the Project Implementation Plan (“Approved Project Implementation Plan”) shall be signed by the Parties and appended to this Agreement as Schedule 9.

  • In case the development of the Project Facilities is not carried out as per the Approved Project Implementation Plan, the Authority shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 9.2, be entitled to terminate this Agreement.


More Definitions of Project Implementation Plan

Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to repair/retrofitting of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof as per Schedule 6 of this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project implementation plan referred to in Section 6.01 (d) of this Agreement, setting forth the procedures governing the administrative, procurement, disbursement, financial management, monitoring and evaluation and reporting arrangements for the Project;
Project Implementation Plan means, if a Statement of Work is included in the Quotation (SOW) or otherwise created after award of the contract, the project management implementation plan, mutually agreed to by the parties, that sets timetables and the order of project rollout for the work scope set forth in the SOW, if and as applicable to the Products purchased.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan dated May 14, 2004, prepared by the Borrower and referred to in paragraph B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;
Project Implementation Plan means the plan referred to in paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the plan referred to in paragraph 2 of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Plan means the plan dated May 15, 1997, specifying, inter alia, procedures and other arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower and the Association for the purpose of the implementation of the Project;
