Implementation Letter definition

Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;
Implementation Letter has the meaning provided in Section 3.5.
Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank containing: (i) indicators to be used in monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Project; (ii) due diligence requirements to be used in the selection of Participating States (as hereinafter defined); and (iii) the list of activities referred to in Part D.2 (f) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • This AGREEMENT contains the entire AGREEMENT of the parties as it relates to this subject matter and may be modified only by additional written provisions contained in a properly executed Uniform Clinical Affiliation Agreement Implementation Letter.

More Definitions of Implementation Letter

Implementation Letter means the letter sent to a CVA Creditor in accordance with Clause 4.4.3;
