Project Implementation Manual definition

Project Implementation Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, including, inter alia: policies, financial, administrative, procurement and accounting procedures as well as guidelines to be followed in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of each and all components of the Project and progress in the fight against HIV/AIDS, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such terms include any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through FIRCA on March 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; and (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means a set of guidelines for the CDBG-DR Program, incorporated herein by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be prepared by the Recipient, and giving details of procurement and disbursement arrangements, performance indicators and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a financial management and accounting system as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of the implementation of activities under the Project, as same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual.
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s guidelines and procedures satisfactory to the Association to be used for the purpose of implementing the Project, including in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, coordination, social and environment, and other provisions related to the institutional organization, as such guidelines and procedures may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual containing details of financial and accounting procedures, procurement arrangements, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation arrangements, and other administrative and organizational arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the PIM;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Association
Project Implementation Manual. (Xxxxxx d’Exécution) means the manual referred to in Section I.D.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual.

Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s manual, referred to in Section I.D.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, agreed with the World Bank and setting out implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, disbursement, and procurement arrangements for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the written concurrence of the World Bank, and such term includes any schedules or annexes to said Manual.
