Licensee shall keep the JCC informed about any material amendment to the Commercialization Plan.

More Definitions of Commercialization Plan
Commercialization Plan means, with respect to Product, any and all plans and activities directed to the development, marketing, promotion, distribution, offering for sale, and selling of Product and importing Product for sale in the Territory in accordance with this Agreement any plan for Regulatory Approval and any Marketing Plan, as set forth in Annex B hereto.
Commercialization Plan means the written plan for the Commercialization of the Product in the Territory, as updated in accordance with this Agreement.
Commercialization Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix B of the Patent & Technology License Agreement.
