Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

Examples of Commercialization Plan in a sentence

The Pieris Territory Commercialization Plan for the Lead Product shall subsequently be updated and modified by Pieris, from time to time at its discretion and no less frequently than once per Calendar Year, based upon, among other things, Pieris’ Commercialization activities with respect to such Product in the Pieris Territory, a copy of which updated plan will be provided to the JSC for such Product.

The Servier Territory Commercialization Plan for the Lead Product shall subsequently be updated and modified by Servier, from time to time at its discretion and no less frequently than once per Calendar Year, based upon, among other things, Servier’s Commercialization activities with respect to such Product in the Servier Territory, a copy of which updated plan will be provided to the JSC for such Product.

The Pieris Territory Commercialization Plan shall be consistent with the most recent Global Commercialization Strategy approved by the JSC.

In connection with its Commercialization of the Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory pursuant to the Commercialization Plan, Lian shall retain, for a period of [***] from the date of creation, any and all training records related to the Licensed Products.

The Parties shall deploy each of their respective sales forces in an effort to promote the Product in the Co-Promotion Territory in accordance with the Commercialization Plan in effect from time to time, the directions of the JCC, and the terms of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Commercialization Plan

Commercialization Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).
Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Commercialization Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix B of the Patent & Technology License Agreement.

Commercialization Plan means, as applicable, (a) a plan prepared by Ultragenyx pursuant to Section 5.3 containing an overview of the general strategy and a high-level budget for the promoting and marketing of the Licensed Products in the Ultragenyx Field in the Territory or (b) a plan prepared by Takeda pursuant to Section 5.3 containing an overview of the general strategy for the promoting and marketing of the Licensed [***] Product in the Takeda Field in the Territory.
Commercialization Plan means the strategic commercialization plan for the Product in the Field in the Territory which sets forth, among other things (a) a multi-year marketing strategy that includes plans for market research, health economics, pricing and reimbursement, medical affairs and value added initiatives, (b) a multi-year communications strategy that includes plans for public relations, conferences and exhibitions and other external meetings, internal meetings and communications, publications and symposia, internet activities and core brand package, (c) a multi-year strategy for Phase IV studies and lifecycle management activities, (d) a high level operating plan for the implementation of such strategies on an annual basis, including without limitation, information related to product positioning, core messages to be communicated, share of voice requirements and pricing strategies, (e) a level of detailing activity that would be Commercially Reasonable for a company comparable to Astellas for a product having similar market potential in the Territory, (f) a commercialization budget, and (g) other activities to be conducted in connection with the Commercialization of the Product in the Field in the Territory. The Commercialization Plan will be updated at least once a year.
Commercialization Plan means, with respect to a Licensed Product, the written strategic and tactical plans, timelines and budget for the Commercialization of such Licensed Product in the Field and in the Territory.
