Plan Implementation Date definition

Plan Implementation Date means the Business Day on which all of the conditions precedent to the implementation of the Plan have been fulfilled, or, to the extent permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan, waived, as evidenced by the Monitor’s Plan Implementation Date Certificate to be filed with the Court;

Plan Implementation Date means the Business Day on which the Plan becomes effective, which shall be the Business Day on which, pursuant to Section 9.2, the Applicant or its counsel delivers written notice to the Monitor (or its counsel) that the conditions set out in Section 9.1 have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms hereof.

Plan Implementation Date means the Business Day on which this Plan becomes effective, which shall be the Business Day on which the Monitor has filed with the Court the certificate contemplated in section 9.2 hereof, or such other date as SFC, the Monitor and the Initial Consenting Noteholders may agree.

More Definitions of Plan Implementation Date

Plan Implementation Date means the date of the Implementation Certificate of the Monitor;
