Individual Learning Plan definition

Individual Learning Plan means the record keeping document developed for each English learner, outlining the student's level of English proficiency and instructional and assessment adaptations.

Individual Learning Plan is: a document consisting of 1) post-secondary plans aligned to career goals, and 2) documentation of the range of college and career readiness skills a student has developed; and 3) a process that enhances the relevance of school and out-of- school learning opportunities, and provides the student access to career development opportunities that incorporate self-exploration, career exploration, and career planning and management skill building activities.

A Part Time role may be fulfilled by two or more Officials (e.g. on a job-share basis).
