If the current Statewide Fire Management and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act response Agreement is superseded by a new Agreement, this Annual Operating Plan may remain in effect to the extent that it does not conflict with provisions of the new Agreement, but only until such time that all activities and conditions can be incorporated into a new Annual Operating Plan.
This Annual Operating Plan is executed as of the date of the last signature and remains in effect for the remainder of the current Sheriff’s term, and then four years unless modified or superseded.
