Control Devices. Lessor reserves the right to install or utilize any reasonable system of entry and exit control devices in marked loading areas. EXHIBIT F-2 Page One of Three OFFICE BUILDING RULES (see paragraphs 9.2 and 23.1 of lease) XXXXXX AGREES TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THESE RULES TO EVERY EMPLOYEE It is the desire of lessor to maintain in the building the highest standard of dignity and good taste consistent with comfort and convenience for all tenants. Any action or condition not meeting this high standard should be reported directly to the building manager. Cooperation by all tenants will be sincerely appreciated. The following rules and regulations apply to all tenants in the building and their agents, employees, family, licensees, invitees, visitors, and contractors unless otherwise stated. Pursuant to paragraph 23.1 of the lease, Lessor reserves the right to rescind these rules, make reasonable modification thereto, and make other reasonable rules and regulations for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the building and for the preservation of good order.
Control Devices. Comverge will provide all Control Devices Installation. Control Devices will be designed to switch loads on and off remotely in response to commands from the Master Station. All control devices will be manufactured new for use in the PNM program and will not have been used by any other utility or other load control program.

Landlord reserves the right to install or utilize any reasonable system of entry and exit control devices, tenant identification cards, or vehicle identification cards or stickers; and all persons parking in the parking areas shall comply with such system. Landlord may make reasonable charges for replacement of control device cards or other parking identification cards which are lost or damaged.

Licensor reserves the right to install or utilize any system of entry and exit control devices, Licensee identification cards, or vehicle identification cards; and all persons parking in the Garage shall comply with such systems. Licensor may impose reasonable charges for replacement of control device cards or other parking identification cards which are lost or damaged. Control device cards are not transferable to another person or vehicle without the express prior written approval of Licensor. Licensee must pay Licensor a replacement fee for each lost or stolen control device card. Licensor’s current control device card replacement fee is $30.00.

Control Devices. On or before the particular Hotel Commencement Date, OCC shall provide the relevant Hotel with a sufficient number of control devices ("Control Devices") as will enable Guests to access the Services. Marriott shall cause the Hotel to keep at least one Control Device per System TV in each Room at all times. OCC shall ensure that as part of System installation, it has provided the Hotel with a reasonable number of spare Control Devices (minimum of one for every 50 rooms). Marriott shall cause the Hotel to segregate all spare Control Devices in a safe location until such time as they must be used. If the Hotel needs any additional or replacement Control Devices, OCC shall provide them *** except to the extent they are needed due to a failure by the Hotel to fulfill its responsibilities hereunder, in which event Hotel shall pay OCC for such additional or replacement Control Devices at their then list prices.
Control Devices. Landlord may install and maintain (i) control devices designed and configured to automatically shed or shut down Tenant loads if Tenant’s use of power from the Emergency Generator (“Emergency Generator Power”) exceeds the amount permitted by Section 5.2.A above; (ii) a shunt trip device designed and configured to automatically shut down Tenant’s connection to the Emergency Generator and use of Emergency Generator Power if the generator load for the Project exceeds eighty percent (80%) of the Emergency Generator rating; and (iii) any other transfer switches, meters, control devices or shunt trip devices that Landlord may reasonably consider appropriate in order to monitor and control Tenant’s connection to the Emergency Generator and use of the Emergency Generator Power (together with the devices described in the preceding clauses (i) and (ii), collectively, “Control Devices”). Without limiting Section 5.2.F below, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its reasonable costs of any such installation and maintenance within 30 days after receiving Landlord’s request therefor together with reasonable documentation thereof.
Control Devices. All movements shall be initiated and ended by means of a control device, with the direction of movement being clearly indicated to the operator. If it is possible to initiate contrary movements concurrently, this function shall be clearly indi- cated. The movement shall continue only as long as the operator is actively involved. with the control device. Control devices shall be protected against unintentional actuation (e.g. by means of protective shrouds or blocking devices) and unauthorised actuation (e.g. by means of key-operated switches). Control devices shall be located so that the operator or operators can safely monitor the operating zones from the operating position(s). Alternatively an enabling device shall be included to ensure safe monitoring. Where a system has multiple control stations, interlocks (hardware or software) shall prevent the simultaneous control of an axis or group of axes by more than one control device. The control system shall be so designed that no sequence of operations shall cause unintended motion. It shall be possible to reset the control system after an incorrect sequence of controls has been selected.
