Operator Services definition

Operator Services provides for: 1.86.1. operator handling for call completion (e.g., collect calls); 1.86.2. operator or automated assistance for billing after the subscriber has dialed the called number (e.g., credit card calls); and 1.86.3. special services (e.g., BLV/BLI, Emergency Agency Call).
