Operator Services provides for:

Operator Services means: (a) services accessed by dialing 411, 555-1212, ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, 0+ local, 0+ intraLATA, and, 0-; and, (b) any other automated or live operator or directory assistance service.

• The second connection point is an Operator Services trunk connected directly to a remote Qwest Operator Services switch.

Operator Services means any telecommunications ser- vice provided to a call aggregator location that includes auto- mated or live assistance to consumers in billing or complet- ing (or both) telephone calls, other than those billed to the number from which the call originated or those completed through an access code used to bill a consumer's account pre- viously established with the company.
