Architectural Design definition

Architectural Design means the Architectural Design and Development Guidelines adopted by the Association named hereafter.
Architectural Design means all aspects of the configuration, appearance and performance of the Development, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, surface articulation, podium design, exterior materials, roof structure, pedestrian-scale uses, design of the public realm, and pedestrian circulation;
