Basic Flat Fee Services. A. Contractor will provide hood and duct work cleaning and maintenance services per the specifications and frequencies stated herein. All services shall be performed in a manner that meets OEM instructions, NFPA Standard 96 (Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations), the University’s special requirements and all applicable State and Local Codes.
