Transportation Services means those activities designed to assist a person to travel from one place to another to obtain services or carry out life’s activities.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, HSM shall add to any Monthly Payment due under this Agreement amounts equal to any applicable sales, use or similar taxes, however, designated or levied, based upon the provision of the Transportation Services performed hereunder and such taxes shall be separately stated on the invoice.
