SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. Subject to all relevant Laws, We agree to sell electricity to You at Your Premises and You agree to purchase electricity from Us in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in this Contract. The quantity of electricity supplied by Us to You will be the amount measured by the Meter at Your Premises. We will also provide an account management service in accordance with the Small Use Customer Code.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 4.1 This clause 4 applies if the Schedule specifies that the Owner is an Embedded Network Exempt Seller.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. The supply of electricity will be made available on free of cost for maintenance of C&I System.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 9.1 You acknowledge that the Distributor is responsible for the supply of electricity to the Supply Address. You acknowledge that the supply of electricitymay be subject to variations in voltage and frequency and may contain voltage surges, which may cause damage to your appliances or premises. We are unable to guarantee the quality and security of the supply of electricity.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. The Employer makes available to the Contractor a temporary 220/230/380 Volt AC electricity supply free of charge from the closest existing point of supply. The cost of cabling from point of supply to the Contractor’s yard/offices is borne by the Contractor. The cost of additional connection or points is borne by the Contractor. The Contractor makes provision for the necessary extensions and plug points. Any changes made to existing supplies are for the Contractor’s account.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 3.1. With effect from the Effective Date, Good Energy agrees to Supply each Connection Point and the Customer agrees to pay for such Supply for the Supply Period in accordance with this Agreement.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. The supply of electricity will be made available on free of cost for maintenance of COMMUNICATION System.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. The supply of electricity will be made available on chargeable basis for maintenance of C&I System.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. It is recommended for the nominated electrical consultant/contractor to provide a preliminary enquiry to Ausgrid to obtain advice for the connection of the proposed development to the adjacent electricity network infrastructure. An assessment will be carried out based on the enquiry which may include whether or not: - The existing network can support the expected electrical load of the development - A substation may be required on-site, either a pad mount kiosk or chamber style and; - site conditions or other issues that may impact on the method of supply. SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 1.1. Senoko Energy shall, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, supply electricity to your Premise(s) as set out in the Product Terms for the Contract Period commencing from the Contract Start Date and ending on the Contract End Date.
