Authorized Territory definition

Authorized Territory means the areas listed in Annexure A attached to this Agreement;
Authorized Territory means TIPS members: TIPS Members: The Interlocal Purchasing System currently serves entities such as state and local governments and non-profit TIPSs, including: • PK-12 school districtsCharter SchoolsPrivate SchoolsEmergency Services Districts • Colleges and Universities (State and Private) • Cities/Municipalities Counties/Parishes • Other entities with legislated purchasing/bidding requirements For purposes of clarification, the pricing listed in Exhibit A of this Agreement are available only to K-12 entities. Should the parties agree to extend this Agreement to other TIPS Members then, Exhibit A shall be revised to include the relevant pricing.
Authorized Territory means the countries where the Base Vehicle must be certified for sale and the Final Vehicle will be sold. These countries are the United States of America and Canada.

  • Representative shall have no authority to accept or reject any orders for or in the name of Publisher or in any other way to bind or to enter into contractual commitments for or on behalf of Publisher and Representative will so inform all Authorized Accounts in the Authorized Territory.

More Definitions of Authorized Territory

Authorized Territory means the geographical areas of the United States and/or Canada specified in the Authorization Matrix (Exhibit A) within which VAR is authorized to market, distribute and support the applicable Authorized Product(s) to End Users.
Authorized Territory means the geographical area(s) or country(ies) selected by Partner during the Partner Application and approved by F5, within which Partner is authorized to market and provide Managed Services to End Users in compliance with F5 Channel Partner Policies and Procedures.
