In addition to securing the Marketing Approval for the Product in the Territory, Moderna shall be responsible for, and shall procure that it and its Affiliates, contractors and suppliers hold and maintain for the Term of this Agreement all other licenses, consents, permissions and authorizations required for the Development, Manufacture, testing, packaging, labelling, storage, supply and transport of the Product prior to delivery to Purchaser.
