Manufacture definition

Manufacture means the production of products in a factory using labour, materials, components and machinery and includes other related value-adding activities.
Manufacture and “Manufacturing” means any steps, processes and activities necessary to produce Product including, without limitation, the manufacturing, processing, packaging, labeling, quality control testing, stability testing, release, storage or supply of Product.

  • Any other publication or presentation of the results of any research, Development, Commercialization, or Manufacture with respect to any Collaboration Compound or Collaboration Product by Merck or its Related Parties shall not include any Confidential Information of C4T without C4T’s prior written consent.

Manufacture. “Manufactured,” or “Manufacturing” means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.
