Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

More Definitions of Licensed Field of Use

Licensed Field of Use means any use of the Biological Material for internal research purposes. The Licensed Field of Use specifically excludes any use of Biological Material which requires regulatory approval, including any in vitro and in vivo diagnostic or therapeutic applications, any in vivo use for whatever purpose, as well as distribution and/or resale of Biological Materials.
Licensed Field of Use means delivery of ex-vivo synthesized siRNA Molecules for research, development and therapeutic uses (including a diagnostic necessary for development, sale or reimbursement of a therapeutic Licensed Product). The Licensed Field of Use specifically excludes delivery of any system producing in vivo expressed siRNAs for therapeutic use, including but not limited to episomal and integrated vectors, and recombinant viruses.
