Commercialize definition

Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.
Commercialize means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
Commercialize means to engage in Commercialization.

  • Parabilis will not and will cause its Affiliates not to, without the prior written consent of Regeneron, enter into, amend, or modify any other agreement between Parabilis or any of its Affiliates and a Third Party under which Regeneron is granted a sublicense or other rights in order to perform under this Agreement, or to Develop, Manufacture, perform Medical Affairs Activities, Commercialize, or otherwise Exploit any Product.
