Commercialize definition
Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.
Commercialize means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
Commercialize means to engage in Commercialization.
Examples of Commercialize in a sentence
At Biodexa’s expense, Biodexa shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop and obtain Regulatory Approval for Licensed Products for one or more indications in the Field in the United States, Europe and China in accordance with the Development Plan and to Manufacture and Commercialize Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory in accordance with the Commercialization Plan.
Biodexa shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates and Sublicensees not to, directly or indirectly (i) Commercialize, sell or promote a Licensed Product outside of the Field or outside of the Territory, or (ii) export or distribute a Licensed Product outside of the Territory.

Commercialize and “Commercializing” shall have their correlative meanings.
Commercialize has a correlative meaning.
Commercialize means any and all activities directed to marketing, promoting, distributing, importing, exporting, using, offering to sell, selling or having sold a product, and activities directed to obtaining Reimbursement Approvals, as applicable.
Commercialize means to promote, market, distribute, sell and provide product support for a Product, and “Commercializing” and “Commercialization” shall have correlative meanings.
Commercialize means, with respect to Licensed Product, any and all activities directed to the marketing, promotion, distribution, offering for sale and selling of such product, importing and exporting such product for sale, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
Commercialize means all activities directed to importing (into, or within, the Territory), exporting (to or within the Territory), storing, marketing, promoting, selling, offering for sale and distributing the Product in the Territory. “Commercializes,” “Commercialized,” “Commercialization” and other forms of the word “Commercialize” shall have the correlative meaning. For clarity, “Commercialize” excludes Manufacture.
Commercialize or “Commercialization” means all ongoing processes and activities generally engaged in by a company marketing pharmaceutical products to establish and maintain a presence and sales for an ethical pharmaceutical product in a particular market, including, but not limited to offering for sale, selling, marketing, promoting, distributing and importing such product.
